About Me
Hi, I’m Allan.
I know how hard it can be to show up as your full self. My own journey as a gay man, husband, and counsellor has taught me that healing starts when we feel safe enough to be seen. I believe therapy isn’t just about fixing problems, but about opening doors to the parts of ourselves that have been silenced or hidden. With me, you’ll find a space where all of who you are belongs.
